For Human Resource Support:

We work with clients on a singular contract or project basis,

where the project duration is defined. We can either work as part

of the organization or work from a remote location.

For Recruitment:

We work on a contingency basis with a rate of 10% of the base

salary of the candidate selected for the role. we also provide a

three (3) month guarantee on the placement.

Clients may be provided with a fixed fee proposal where the

project duration is finite, or alternatively, a per hour, per diem or a

“success-based” retainer formula may be considered where

applicable.

Each situation is unique and special to each of our Clients. We
